One Wednesday morning Laura Mackenzie leaves home and never turns up at school. Detectives search for signs of an accident between the Mackenzie's house and the school, but there's no indication she's had car trouble. Investigators then take it up a notch and issue an All Points Bulletin for Mackenzie's car. They check accident reports, towing records and call hospitals and jails, but she's nowhere to be found. But the only thing more shocking than her vanishing act is the truth.
