A body is found brutally murdered and stabbed numerous times, and the victim's friend Natsukawa is killed by the same method. Komoto emerges as a suspect, the man they swindled using a made-up investment opportunity ten years ago. Komoto appears before Akiba, but he accidentally falls off a cliff.
