A quick check reveals the car is on the hot sheet for stolen vehicles. Lastly, a Palm Beach County Sheriff Deputy stops a vehicle when he spots someone rolling a marijuana cigarette. An investigation finds needles and a bottle of Oxycotin, both which the driver denies any knowledge of.
