Catherine tells Morgan that Bramwell plans to marry Daphne. Carrie finds a letter from James Forsythe, when she brings it to Morgan it bursts into flame. Bramwell announces that he has married Daphne. Catherine collapses; later Catherine tells the doctor to not tell anyone anything. Catherine claims that she was having a dizzy spell.
