Doğan and Çağla find themselves unexpectedly in the middle of a dangerous game set by Şimşek. In exchange for Melek’s freedom, Doğan must leave Istanbul within three days. This decision, made under the shadow of family secrets and past sins, forces Doğan to confront both his brother and his own conscience. On the other hand, Çağla is shaken by the truth she learns about her father's death. The fact that Sinan's name is mentioned in both the attack on Tahir and a murder from years ago upsets the balance within the family. In the mansion, while Tahir opening his eyes creates hope, the severe seizure he suffers takes everyone's breath away. As Doğan tries to bring his father back to life, Sinan is cornered, and the confrontation between the two brothers progresses to the point where guns are drawn.
