After a stint in Montreal, Peggy and Kevin are moving back to Toronto. And because these virgins are wary of Toronto's sky-high real estate prices, they're prepared to take out a hefty mortgage and hoping to find a property with a rental unit to help offset their costs. Enter real estate expert Sandra Rinomato. She promises to find them a house that fits the bill... But after the first tour, the couple is overwhelmed and disappointed by how little house they can afford. Sandra encourages them to keep the faith.
