This episode starts with a combination of warm-up moves. The teaching sequence introduces the following core belly dance movements: the 'step/touch/step', the 'Turkish bump', the 'chestcircle', the 'liquid-arms' and the 'Egyptian figure-eight'. In the final act, viewers are lead through choreography incorporating all of the moves.
