Tonight, in the ultimate test, the two final teams must prepare an impressive five-course meal for a full restaurant. With 100 plates to serve per team, the pressure is on. Judges Pete Evans and Manu Feildel guest judges Guy Grossi, Tobie Puttock, Liz Egan and Karen Martini will score each team out of 10 to determine this year's winner.
