Walter finds a hand-written journal amongst the junk at the Beanotown Jumble Sale called The Book of The Menace, literally containing every trick in the book! What's a menace to do? No matter what they pull out of the pranking bag, Walter seems to be untouchable - anticipating their every move, and turning all their pranks against them.
